Reception reading – week commencing 22nd February
This week in literacy we are going to focus on comprehension – that is understanding the text that has been read and not just simply de-coding it. The reading that was set the week before was also testing the children’s comprehension and some of those activities are repeated here but also some more challenging ones. They start with the most simple and get more and more challenging so see how far you can go! Remember to point to the correct picture after you read each sentence! There’s one for each day.
