PSHE – Thursday 25th February

This lesson gives you the chance to revise your knowledge of balanced diets.

Click on the link below and you will find a video, some information to read about the different food groups, an interactive sorting activity and a quiz.

Work through these at your own pace and see how you do in the quiz.

Your task is to then plan a breakfast, lunch and dinner which are all balanced meals.

    toast/bread
    Strawberries
    fried bacon? i think
    Lunch:
    Pasta with
    lettuce
    carrots
    sweetcorn
    and some ham
    Dinner:
    potatoes
    carrots
    and chicken

    Dinner – beef, vegetables, potatoes with gravy
