Monday 20th April – Year 1
Welcome back Year 1,
We hope you had a chocolatey and fun-filled Easter break! We can’t wait to hear what you have been up to and we are excited to carry on helping you learn from home. We are starting some brand new topics! Would you like to know what your activities are today? You can have a look in a minute but first, we would like to you have a chat with your adult and impress them with your knowledge of how to stay safe online. If you would like, you can type your answers into the comments for your teachers to see!

Take a pen – or pencil – and go on a hunt around your house (or in your garden) to find things that are bigger and smaller!
Record your findings on a piece of paper. - Art
You are going to be a shoe designer and design a wacky and crazy pair of shoes!
Use pencils to produce a detailed drawing of a unique shoe that you have invented yourself.

You saw something online that really upset you. What should you do?
Ava said if it was at home I would tell Mummy and Daddy. If I was at School I would tell my Teacher.
Well done Ava! Fantastic answer … you must always tell an adult if you see something online that upsets you.
