Virtual School Games Boccia District and County Champions

Lings have set the standard in the first two weeks of the Northamptonshire Sport Virtual School Game coming first place in the first two events Football and Sportshall Athletics for both KS1 & KS2. This week Lings were aiming to become the first school to win three events in a row at both KS. As always there has been a fantastic effort from pupils both in school and at home and was great to see some new children participating this week so excellent work all. The results have just been announced by Northamptonshire Sport this morning and we are happy to say that we have been crown ‘District Virtual School Games Boccia Champions’ and ‘County Virtual School Games Boccia Champions’ for both KS1 and KS2 for Week 3.

We would like to say a massive well done to all of the children who participated last week and helped us maintain our outstanding record in the Northamptonshire Sport Virtual School Games. Remember that this weeks challenges were released Monday and the sport of choice for this week is Cardio Fitness.
