Writing:
You could do the same by cutting off Helena from the paper chain you made yesterday. Why has she been cut off from the other lovers? Now we know about Helena and learnt about her why is she on her own or separated? How is she feeling?
You are going to write Helena’s diary, using the sentence openers and write in as much detail as you can about how she is feeling and use the conjunctions: but, so, if, because. Challenge yourself to try and use some words and phrases from the play in your writing.

Northamptonshire Sport have relaunched their virtual school games challenges. Each Monday Northamptonshire Sport will select one sport and create three challenges which you can complete at home or at school. Every attempt you make will earn the school 1 point and you can have multiple attempts to earn more points. However, to claim these points you will need to send your scores (with a video if you so wish) to pe@lingsprimary.org.uk so we can collate the attempts and send them over to Northamptonshire Sport so they can allocate our points for the week. Remember pupils, parents, teachers and siblings can all attempt the challenges and if you keep a look out on our social media challenges you will be able to see some of these attempts. Let’s have another big push this week and ‘Set the Standard’ like we always do. Have fun!

This week we will be working on a new FUNS skill. This week’s FUNS skills will be Jumping and Landing which is FUNS card 4. The game this week will not only challenge your dynamic balance but also your creativity as you will have the freedom to choose a theme for this weeks game. Similar to last week we have got a few demo videos to show you some example of themes you may want to use for this weeks game. As always we would love to see some pictures and videos of you playing the games or exploring the skills at home so we can share them with others, so please send any pictures or videos to pe@lingsprimary.org.uk.
