Home Learning

Listening

Today, you will need your lovely singing voices, your hands to do all the actions as well as using your eyes to watch which body part Mrs Webb is touching. Have a go at this video and then see what patterns you can make. Also you could get your grown ups to follow you and be the lead in the follow me game.

Maths

Continuing comparing sizes, today we are looking for things are longer and things that are shorter than teddy’s ribbon.

Physical

This is a fun physical activity for your fingers, by stretching the band it will help strengthen your fingers ready for early writing. I like pretending I’m a duck and my fingers are going quack, quack. Mrs Whitestone’s son is demonstrating this activity for you.

Speech and Language

Today’s activity involves talking and a little bit of positional language. In each picture teddy is doing something different, the question is…. Where is Teddy? Have a look at each picture and tell your grown up where teddy is. We will help with the first one.

Teddy is next to the table

Here are 4 different ways of placing a teddy bear in different positions and talking about where they are. Can you now find a teddy and put your teddy in different positions such as behind and in front. How about putting your teddy in something such as a box? Send us your photos of where your teddy is.

Story Time

Mrs Allen is reading the smallest fish in school today. We hope you enjoy!

Well done everyone for all your hard work. You are making us all feel very proud of you! Keep up the hard work and we look forward to seeing you tomorrow for the 11am registration.
