I hope you’re ready to carry on with your last week of home learning.

Here are today’s activities…

 

English – Reading

Look at the picture.

In full sentences, predict what you think will happened next and why.

 

English – Writing

Imagine you are going to meet a new friend.

In full sentences describe yourself.

What do you look like?

What do you like to do?

What don’t you like?

Remember yo use adjectives and conjunctions in your writing.

 

Sounds-Write Phonics –  Focus sound /ee/  spelling <y> <e> 

Review – read the following common exception words: and, so, because, if, but

Read: happy, even, eleven, puppy, 

Write: sunny, holly, ferry, before, even

Dictation:  The happy puppy was playing in the sunny garden before lunch.

 

Maths – Basic Skills

Can you spot and correct the mistakes?

Maths – Tasks
