Continuing with your Geography theme on ‘Volcanoes.’ Today’s reading comprehension is based on ‘Volcanoes in the World.’
Read the text carefully and answer questions in full sentences. Remember the answers are in the text.

Mount Vesuvius and mount Fuji are stratovolcanoes.
Both are stratovolcanoes. Mount Fuji is in Japan and Mount Vesuvius is in Italy. Mount Fuji is built by three volcanoes piled one on the top of other, while Mount Vesuvius has got two cones which are 3 miles apart.
Mount Kilauea has been erupting continuously since 1983.
Mount Krakatoa, that is located in Indonesia, erupted in 1883 killing thousands of people.
