Y4 Maths task- 29th April

Good morning year 4.

Today we are going to be continuing our work on symmetry…

Here is a quick video to explain what symmetry is again and look at what makes a shape symmetrical.

Remember a shape must be the same on both sides. If you have a printer and scissors at home, try cutting out the shapes on the worksheet and folding them to see where the lines of symmetry are. If you dont, see if you can fold a piece of a4 paper (rectangle) or draw around a glass and fold it up.
