Y4 Maths- Monday 20th April

Good morning year 4 and welcome back to virtual school!

I hope you have all had a lovely Easter break and are ready to get back to work!

Today we are looking at 3D shapes 🙂

You need to remember that a 3D shape isn’t flat like a pancake but round like an orange.

3D shapes have edges which means how many lines they have.

They have faces/surfaces which means how many sides they have

and they have vertices which means how many corners.

Look at the 3D shapes on the sheet and work out how many edges, faces and vertices they have.

Send your work to the Year 4 email.

Enjoy 🙂
