**Good morning year 4 and welcome back to virtual school!**

I hope you have all had a lovely Easter break and are ready to get back to work!

Today we are looking at** 3D shapes** 🙂

You need to remember that a 3D shape** isn’t flat** like a pancake but round like an orange.

3D shapes have **edges** which means how many lines they have.

They have** faces/surfaces** which means how many sides they have

and they have** vertices** which means how many corners.

Look at the 3D shapes on the sheet and work out how many edges, faces and vertices they have.

Send your work to the Year 4 email.
