This week is Children’s Mental Health Week. In the times that we are currently in, this is particularly important and this session is going to give you a chance to think about how we can express ourselves and how this can help to keep us healthy both mentally and physically.
Here is a short presentation for you to watch. It show ways in which we can express ourselves through different things that we like doing. (Note – the clip has no sound).
You should then fill in this sheet which encourages you to think about the things that you like and how you can express yourself. There are no right or wrong answers because we are all different so just be honest and think about what you like to do. (Note – if you cannot write on the sheet then post your responses here or create your own sheet).
