First, there is a bandha meaning life cycle that we are stuck in so to get out of it you need moksha (one with GOD) to do that you need to do good Karma. But if you do bad you get punished for EX.
But if you do good you parents take you on thier lap and give you a treat If you be naught you get punished and get sent to your room or anything. In the same way. If you be good GOD will take you on his lap meaning moksha. But if you do bad Do you think will he take you on his lap? NO! Instead, GOD will banish you from his lap and you`ll have to go through the life cycle yet again.
