I think that he is an evil sorcerer because he has a glowing staff and wings to make him fly. He is in front of a window, I think he goes into people’s houses to steal and scare them. I think he is nocturnal. He could be a fire fly.

We read the story The Hare and the Tortoise. Elliot said he liked the part where the rabbit fell asleep because the tortoise could win. He liked the tortoise better because he was clever.

    Maths
    6+4=10
    5+5=10
    2+8=10
    7+3=10
    9+1=10

    1. Alex because 20÷5=4 and 20÷10=2. 4 sweets each is more than 2 each.
    2. Elliot initial answer was 20. He worked out 5 equal groups of 4 is 20. (afterwards we used arrays to help us work out if there were more possible answers and we worked out Amir could also have had 15, 25 or 30 counters.)
