Welcome to your first Spanish class! By the way the upside day exclamation mark and the lack of capital letter on español are correct but we will come to that in time.
Today we are going to look at some basic greetings.
Here is a song that I hate which obviously means you lot will love it!

I suggest watching it a few times so that you are able to remember the different greetings.
As an extra task, research how many countries have Spanish as their first language – you might be surprised.
