National Gallery History project

Hello Year 4!

Sadly, our trip to the National Gallery has been put on hold. Therefore, I thought it would be good for you to find out as much as you can about the history of the gallery itself.

For your History work on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday we would like you to create a fact file/non-chronological report about the National Gallery in London.

You could include:
• Information on when it was founded and why
• Where it is in London
• You could include some of the paintings it holds
• Why it is important
I will attach a features checklist to help you. You can produce your report any way you want – on the computer or on paper!
