Lings Primary School has been asked by Northampton Town Football Club to represent them in the Planet Super League and we would like every child and teacher to get involved, just like you have for the Northamptonshire Sport Virtual School Games.

What is the Planet Super League?

The Planet Super League is an exciting football and sustainability project supported by a number of different football clubs across the country. The league aims to teach children and families how to be environmentally friendly by playing physical and family activities.

How will it work?

Different football clubs across the country have chosen the schools from their town which they feel will represent them well in the league by their attitude, commitment and engagement with physical activity and family challenges at home. The league will begin on Saturday 27th March and each week our club, Northampton Town FC, will play against a rival club, represented by other schools from that town or city.  Each week their will a large selection of fun activities online which are simple to complete at home and can be done flexibly around your lives to make this easy, enjoyable and pressure-free for you and the family! The activities will help you save money, have fun as a family and be more sustainable, all whilst representing Northampton Town F.C. Each planet-saving football activities for you and your family to complete will score Northampton Town FC points. There will be prizes to be won each week for families as well an an overall prize for the winning teams participants.
