Good morning children, how did you get on with yesterday’s learning? Have you been practising your dance? We loved seeing all the ingredients for your potions! Mrs Henderson is back today with part two of her potions lesson, but first, Phonics.

Before we start, today is Internet Safety Day – so here is a reminder as to how to stay safe online.

Main

Another lesson in subtraction with food with Mrs Cieslik – can you try this at home with something to eat – maybe something smaller than 10 cupcakes though!

Physical development

We will send a zoom link to everyone this week for Friday afternoon so that we can all try to dance the whole dance together.

Scavenger Hunt

Everyone said that they enjoyed yesterday’s scavenger hunt so much, Mrs Henderson is sending you off on another today

Expressive Art and Design and Physical Development

At school we often so ‘Pencil Dictionaries’ which is a way to practise pencil control and also learn techniques that they will use in Art later on in their school lives.  Mrs Whitestone shows you here how to do a pencil dictionary to make some delicate fairy wings.

Here is a copy of the template should you wish to print it.

Story

Today we have a story not about fairies, but about elves – I think they are close relatives!

Another busy day for you all, we are so excited about the dance! Make sure you practice, practice, practice! Hope you have your fairy wands – keep making the magic!
