    Grammar = Activity 1

    1. Fahad jogged slowly through the park. – past tense ( jogged )

    2. Florence is eating her cake quickly. – present tense ( is eating )

    3. Alfie is drawing his picture very carefully. – present tense ( is drawing )

    4. Betsy kicked the ball into the back of the net. – past tense ( kicked)

    5. Alyssa is looking at photographs and is dreaming of becoming a photographer.- present tense
    ( is looking + is dreaming)

    6. Jaden reached for the full jug of water and his friend watched nervously. – past tense ( reached + watched)

    ACTIVITY 2
    skip – skipped – skipping
    move – moved – moving
    try – tried – trying
    kick – kicked – kicking
    stop – stopped – stopping
    wipe – wiped – wiping
    worry – worried – worrying

    ACTIVITY 3:
    1. Maryam is kicking her football.
    Maryam kicked her football.

    2. Isaac is playing his favourite game on his laptop.
    Isaac played his favourite game on his laptop.

    3. I am listening to music.
    I listed to music.

    4. My mum is dancing in the kitchen.
    My mum danced in the kitchen.

    Challenge:

    A suffix is 2 words which goes at the end of a word
    e.g I walked to the park
    If I took away the ed it will be walk

      Hi Zena, is a suffix 2 words that go at the end of a word or 2 letters? Are suffixes always 2 letters?
