Year 4 Health and Wellbeing – 27.01.21

Good afternoon year 4, 

 

I’m sure a lot of you are missing being active with spending so much time learning from a screen so this afternoon, your challenge is to get moving!

 

You could go for a walk or a bike ride, watch cosmic yoga on youtube, skip or play with a ball in your garden, use the Jasmine portal or use Jo Wicks’ workouts online. Make sure you’re trying to get out and have some time in the fresh air when you can, it is so good to keep your brain and body healthy.

 

We would LOVE to see a picture of you being active. Email it into the year 4 team. We can’t wait to see what you have been getting up to.
