Happy Monday morning year 5 – our last week as Year 5!
I hope that you have all had a wonderful weekend and hopefully the weather will improve this week. Here are your tasks for today:
ICT – Safety at Home
Discuss the following scenario with an adult at home:

Do you notice any patterns in the words this week?
As usual, practise the words at least 3 times. If an adult is available at home, get them to test you on the words before you practise. Then put each word into a sentence – be imaginative with your sentences!
Over the Summer holidays, continue to practise both Year 3/4 words and Year 5/6 words so that you ready and prepared for September. Also remember that you only need to practise the words that you don’t know!

Good morning Mrs Millard. Sorry I didn’t blog much last week. I did some of the work on paper. I am sad that it is our last week as year 5. I am going to miss you and Mrs Leeming teaching me. π₯

I learnt that a rhombus is a square and diagonal lines can bisect each other.
Spellings
