Calling all Year 6!
Tomorrow is the last day for you to send me a video message saying goodbye to your classmates for the DVD. If I don’t have them by the end of tomorrow, then I’m afraid it will be too late. Please send them to the e-mail address (yearsix@lingsprimary.org.uk)

Have you completed your messages for your friends’ shirts? Have you sent me your recorded farewell for the class DVD? Why not complete them now.

I imagine you spend a lot of time on the internet looking at different sites. Do you think you would know if they are a secure website that is safe to you?

I wouldn’t go because it could be anyone. They could of taken a picture off of the internet and pretended it is them. If you go to meet them it might put you in danger.

One day, a cat (who was known to be quite sly) was walking down the street looking out for its next victim. Now, you must know that this cat’s name is Fierce because she was. She is known for finding various things in the streets and kidnapping them-that also means small children.
Fierce was on the look out with her ‘gang’ of cats ready to kidnap a little child. One of her friends heard something; they went to investigate. As they got closer, they found two little children made out of boxes shaking and shivering. The cats asked them pretending to be polite,” Are you to ok? Do you want to come with us?”
“Y-y-yes please, that would be lovely.”
They took them to a dark ally that was full with rubbish and smelt very funny. Fierce and her gang put them into a trolley and strapped them down so they could not get out. “What are you doing?” the boxes questioned worryingly. The cats pounced away and the next minute the two boxes were gone and all that was left was the trolley and a ripped bits of cardboard…

One afternoon when the breeze was getting warmer and the sky was getting clearer in blue,there was a cat (who looked very cute).This cat,which people loved,wanted some friends but not cat friends so then he said to himself,”who can i be friends with?”he wondered.He decided to go to the shops to see if anyone other than a human was there and so he put on his cat disguise and started going.The inside of this shop was huge-maybe it was Tesco- and was full of things you could buy however he had no use of these things since he was a cat and so he just walked through the crowded halls of the shop.Suddenly he stopped.He saw a something in his little beautiful eyes”a trolley?”,he said curiously,”no it has…box people?”and so he rushed to the destination of this trolley”who are you guys?”he said with wonder
“we’re box people!”they answered
“like i didn’t know already”the cat said in its mind,”do you guys wanna come with me to the outside world”they nodded and the cute cat started to go outside the shop.They started to get to now each other when the cat was describing what things were outside of the shop like the sun and doors until they saw a light…
