    1. What are boughs ?
    A mane tree branch.
    2. List two things that the poet says busy people don’t have the time to stop and see.
    They don’t have time to see the woods or squirrels burring there nuts in the grass.
    3. How many rhyming couplets are there in the poem?
    There is 8 couplets in the poem.
    4. Write down the simile which is used to describe streams.
    It is like skies at night.
    5. What does beauty do in the poem?
    Makes you ignore nature.
    6. What is the message that the poet is trying to get across to the reader?
    To take acknowledge of nature.
    7. Write a rhyming couplet which could be incorporated into the poem, beginning with ‘No time to…’
    No time to waste or No time to have time line.

    1. Boughs are type of underground room.

    2. The things that people don’t have time to do is to stand below the bough and to watch the sheep and cows.

    3. The number of rhymes is 6.

    4. The similes that describes the stream is “Like skies”

    5. The word “beauty” means it is wonderful.

    6. The message that author is trying to explain is that time goes quick.

    7. My rhyme is about-No time to…see and flee, no time to-make a lake, no time to look to a book.

    1) A bough is the main branch of the tree.
    2) Busy people cannot see the “woods” and “where squirrels hide their nuts in grass”.
    3) There are seven rhyming couplets.
    4) The simile is “Streams full of stars, like the skies at night”.
    5) Beauty dances in this poem.
    6) The message could be to not hurry and to look at things we don’t look at.
    7) “We have no time to stand and stare?” Goes with “A poor life this is, full of care” too.

    2.They don’t have time to stand under a branch and look at cows and sheep.
    3. There are three rhyming couplets. stare, care grass, pass glance, dance.
    4. Like a blue night sky.
    5. In the poem beauty glances.
    6. I think the poet is trying to say is that when you’re busy you have to do what you got to do and not be distracted.
    7. It might be no time to lose.

    1. ‘Boughs’ are the main branches of the trees. The person is standing somewhere close to the nature.
    2. According to the author busy people have no time to: ‘stand beneath the boughs and stare as long as sheep and cows’, ‘No time to turn at Beauty’s glance and watch her feet, how they can dance’.
    3. The are 7 couplets of rhymes in the poem.
    4. Streams full of stars, like skies at night. Streams are like a reflection of the night sky.
    5. The Beauty has feet, which dance and mouth that smiles.
    6. The poet puts across a message that people are too busy and spend no time to look at the nature and their surroundings.
    7. No time to see, what nature gives us,
    World is too busy to see growing grass.
