Excellent answers Hargun.
Rivers can only start their journey IF rain or snow falls in the mountains. The rivers always flow downhill BECAUSE gravity and over time they will create valleys SO they are strong enough to erode the others will flow into the sea. Stones and soil can be carried by the rivers WHILE their journey to the sea or lake. The River Severn bust its banks THEREFORE further rain pushed the water levels high AFTER water had nowhere else to go but on land. New devices have been placed in rivers to catch rubbish WHEN it reaches the sea. A river BEFORE is a very important part of the water cycle.

Rivers can only start their journey WHEN rain or snow falls in the hills or mountains. The rivers always flow downhill BECAUSE OF gravity and over time they will create valleys IF they are strong enough to erode the rock. Some rivers flow into a lake, WHILE others will flow into the sea. Stones and soil can be carried by the rivers DURING their journey to the sea or lake. The River Severn bust its banks AFTER further rain pushes the water levels high SO water had nowhere else to go but on land. New devices have been placed in rivers to catch rubbish BEFORE it reaches the sea. A river THEREFORE is a very important part of the water cycle.
Dinosaur age started around 250 million years ago THEREFORE they have been around way longer than humans. Ankylosaurus had a club so powerful that it can break any bone but BECAUSE OF its weak underbelly it is easy prey for the T. Rex. BEFORE the dinosaur age there were plants, water (rivers, lakes and oceans) plus slowly developing animals such as the reptiles that were adapting life on land. WHILE dinosaurs were living peacefully some dinosaurs had learnt to fly. DURING the end of the dinosaurs age a meteorite struck earth destroying most life. AFTER the meteorite hit plants started growing again and because the dinosaurs reign had ended the mammals took over but they were not like todays mammals. IF the dinosaurs were still alive humans won’t exist at all.
Great use of conjunctions Owen, well done.
