## Hit the button:

We play this game in class all of the time, see how many of your times tables facts you can get right in 1 minute. Remember, in Year 3 you should know your 2, 3, 4, 5, 8 and 10 times tables.

## Story time:

No problem! Listening to a story is just as good as reading one.

This week we are going to continue listening to a few chapters from Charlie and The Chocolate Factory each day, if you missed the chapters before half term you’ll need to go back and catch up. If you miss a day you’ll need to catch up too.

Introduction:
A Badger is a animal that dig holes in the ground, they live by eating their predators.
They look like sheep dogs. They live alone and in groups.
They also live in the ground.
A more detail of my report tells us the lifestyle of the Badgers.

Their parents dig holes for kids or little ones,to clear the dirt.
They do this by digging holes with their little claws and paw.
Their holes usually are bigger or smaller .
They live in their holes.

What do they eat ?
They eat insects.
They also eat bugs.
And eat earthworms.
They eat Cat and dog food.
Also eat mammals.

How do they interact ?
They have nerve endings in their fore paws.
That makes them sensitive to touch
in their fore paws.
They use scent to communicate with their mates.

To conclude both report tells us what a Badger is and its life
style.
