    there are 8 sides on each
    8×7=56
    there are 56 sides altogether
    tere are 7 triangles
    there are 5 sides on each
    7×5=35
    there are 35 sides altogether
    7×4=28
    tere are 8 full teams
    there are 63 players in 9 netball teams

    30 + 12 = 42
    15 + 6 = 21
    45 + 18 = 63

    5 x 9 = 45
    5 x 6 = 30
    2 x 9 = 18
    2 x 6 = 12

    35 + 7 = 42

    21 + 21 = 42

    worksheet
    There are 7 triangles
    There are 3 sides on each triangle
    7 x 3 = 21
    There are 21 sides altogether

    there are 28 players
    4 x 7 = 28
    There are 28 players in 4 netball teams
    There would be 8 teams if there are 56 people

    Worksheet:
    1)There are 7 triangles.
    There are 3 sides on each triangle.
    7 x 3 = 21
    There are 21 sides altogether.

    b) There are 7 octagons
    There are 8 sides on each octagon
    7 x 8 = 56
    There are 56 sides altogether.
    2) There are 28 players in 4 netball teams
    b) there are 8 full teams
