Good morning Year 4,
We hope you had a lovely weekend. Today’s task is inferring from an image. Take your time to explore the image before answering the questions in full sentences.
- What can you see? What do you think has happened/is happening/will happen? What do you wonder?
- Where did the house come from?

1) I can see a small cottage in the middle of town centre. I think it was flying to a nice destination, but it had emergency landing.
2) I think it came from Scandinavia, where was very cold in winter.
3) It was an emergency landing, so it lost control. It travelled fast, so when it hit the ground it took a while to stop. It destroyed all what on the way such as bricks and lampposts.
4) She a passenger and the owner of the cottage. She was happy that they landed safely.
5) She is checking where they are. She wonders what the place is like and what they are going to do next.
6) She will not stay here long, because it was not their destination.
7) She did not plan it, it was emergency landing. It is one of the English town.

I can see that a lady is driving the house through the street full of block paving’s. Its looks like the lady will keep drive the home. I wonder how can she drive this house through bricks.

Maybe it travelled up to 50 Miles per hour. It was surrounded because it left all those bricks as it travelled. The lampposts were crushed as bricks pushed the lampposts.

The woman inside the house looks like the owner of this house.
Yes, by her looks and the way she opened the window it looks like she is shocked with the landing.
