Friday 12th June 2020 – Grammar Task

Today’s English is based on suffixes. Remember a suffix is when an ending is added to a word to give different meaning.

eg. Happy is the word, this can be changed to happily, happiness, happiest. -ily, -ness, -est is the suffix.

Try these questions below. Read the instructions carefully.

You can write your answers against the numbered questions in the comments for this blog or you can handwrite and send your answers to our email address.

Happy Friday and have a great weekend.
