Thursday 4th June 2020 – Reading comprehension task

Happy Thursday Year 4,

We hope you are all well and staying safe. Thank you for all the hard work we have seen this week.

As our Geography is linked to ‘Rivers’ this half term, our reading comprehension is an introduction to ‘Rivers.’ Please answer questions in full sentences where appropriate – we say this every week and children are still forgetting this! Thank you to the children who are remembering.

Read the text carefully and answer the questions attached:

Add your responses in the comments or handwrite and send a photo to yearfour@lingsprimary.org.uk

Thank you,

The Year 4 Team

    8. Why do you think that the Author suggests that avoid putting Grease and Oil down the sink?
